AXLR8 Equine Therapeutics is delighted to bring Australia's first nerve & soft tissue support supplement to the hands of horse owners.

Formulated from specific ingredients known for their neurological support and nerve strengthening properties, we have no artificial fillers, and only high quality, human grade ingredients - ensuring the very best quality for your horse.

RESTORE comes in two options, XTRA High Potency - designed to support acute periods of stress or recovery, with a larger blend of ingredients and an added amino acid Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) known for nerve pain relief.

Please check your competition prohibited substance lists.

RESTORE is also available in Daily Maintenance, for those looking for ongoing nutritional support - grab it here! We do not recommend this blend for injury or rehabilitation support, XTRA High Potency is our recommendation in this instance.

AXLR8 Equine Therapeutics products are not intended to replace veterinary care or medication. Our supplements are offered as support for your animal’s condition and not as a cure. All of our supplements are to be consumed voluntarily by your animal in feed, treats or liquid.

    • Trametes Versicolor (Turkey Tail)
    • Plasma (dried, bovine)

Got questions? We have em' covered

Whats the difference between XTRA High Potency & DAILY Maintenance?

For horses under acute periods of stress or injury recovery, XTRA High Potency is the best option. This formulation is for intensive nutritional support with added Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), known for nerve pain support. Depending on the code you compete in - please check your prohibited substances lists.

DAILY Maintenance, is best for ongoing support, without any added PEA.

What does a nerve issue look like?

Nerve issues are highly misunderstood in the equine space, as imaging constraints and communication with our horses is not comparable to that of humans. Neuropathic itch, tingling sensations, nerve fire, nerve jolting - the things that humans experience we can communicate with our doctors. Horses, not so much. Ultimately, correct muscle development will support smooth motion of the nerves within the fascia and surrounding tissues.

    Is this for nervous horses?

No! This is not for anxiety or competition nerves as such. However it is important to note that nerve irritations may present with nervous-type behaviour. Always consult with your veterinarian in the first instance.

    Added plasma? Why though

Great question! There are over 600 studies and counting of multi-species use of plasma and their benefits to overall health & well-being. The gut-brain axis, while is not as researched in horses as it is in humans - it is a safe bet to apply the same principles to our Equine friends. Dr Jyme Nichols from The Feed Room Chemist recently distributed a podcast episode on the benefits of Plasma - Episode 118!
